What this site is
nowplus10.com is currently a static information site with no sign-in, no forms and no user accounts. No personal data is collected, stored or analysed, apart from the hosting provider's server log files described below.
Hosting and server log files
The site is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes information transmitted by your browser: the page requested, date and time, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system, the previously visited page (referrer) and IP address. This data serves technical delivery, security and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Log files are deleted by the hosting provider according to its own retention rules. A data processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
No cookies, no tracking
This site sets no cookies, uses no third-party analytics or tracking services and embeds no third-party content. Fonts are hosted on our own server; no connection is made to Google Fonts or other services. The hero video is also served from our own server. For this reason no cookie banner is required.
Visitor counting
The site counts visits with its own counter running on this server. One visit is counted per browser session; for this a marker is set in the browser's sessionStorage, which expires when the browser is closed. Only daily totals are stored. No IP addresses, no cookies, no device or browser identifiers and no other personal data are stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reach measurement without reference to individuals).

If you contact us by e-mail, the information you provide is used solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and is not passed on to third parties.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA).
Future features
Once the application launches with registration and the Studio, this policy will be extended. The principle remains: no personal storage of answers, no user profiles, no analysis of political preferences.
